Santoku 7" honeycomb - wood - Victorinox
Santoku 7" honeycomb - wood - Victorinox
Victorinox knives with wooden handles are particularly well known in professional and domestic circles. Their handles are durable and comfortable. We often sharpen these 30-year-old knives, and they're generally in good condition! Ideal as a complementary knife to a more fragile Japanese knife. Knife weight: very light
Please note: Victorinox has stopped using rosewood, as it is becoming increasingly rare. Wooden handles are now made of stained maple. Just as durable if well cared for, they are slightly lighter.
