1-Warranty

Products sold at L'Aiguisoir offer excellent value for money. We guarantee the quality of the products we sell. If the quality of an item purchased from L'Aiguisoir does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us at any time. return it. What's more, we guarantee the buying advice we give. If an item purchased from L'Aiguisoir on the basis of this advice does not suit you, you can always return it to us. It will be exchanged, refunded, repaired or credited.

However, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of our products sold, nor damage caused by accident, negligence or improper use of an item purchased from L'Aiguisoir. We will, however, try to repair a damaged item to the best of our knowledge and at a reasonable price.

2-Returns and exchanges :

You may return or exchange an item in person at our Val-David boutique. If you wish to return or exchange an item by mail, please use the return option on the account management page of l'Aiguisoir. This will allow you to describe the reason for the return and the desired method. Following evaluation of the request, a decision will be rendered. If your request is accepted, we'll send you a return label to affix to your parcel, which you can then drop off at a post office near you.
