We ship products from our online store according to the following parameters:

Order processing time

The processing time for your order is generally less than 24 hours. This may vary depending on the time of year. With skate sharpening in winter, lead times may increase slightly.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can obtain an estimate of shipping costs by adding products to your basket and entering your delivery address. For orders of $150 or more (US & Canada), shipping costs are assumed by l'Aiguisoir. This does not apply to cutting boards.

Orders are generally shipped via Canada Post.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your delivery address and the delivery service you choose. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as this also depends on factors such as weather conditions and transport problems beyond our control. Generally, orders are delivered within 1 to 2 days with ExpressPost in Quebec and 2 days elsewhere in Canada.

International delivery

We also ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary according to destination. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and additional charges that may apply to your order.

Order tracking

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.

Incorrect delivery address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order.
