Bread knife 8.5" with heel - wood - Victorinox
Bread knife 8.5" with heel - wood - Victorinox
Victorinox knives with wooden handles are particularly well known in professional and domestic circles. Their handles are durable and comfortable. We often sharpen these 30-year-old knives, and they're generally in good condition! Ideal as a complementary knife to a more fragile Japanese knife. Knife weight: light
This knife is particularly interesting for freeing knuckles with its high heel.
Please note: Victorinox has discontinued the use of rosewood, as it is becoming increasingly rare. The wooden handles are now made of stained maple. Just as durable if well cared for, they are a little lighter.
