Chef/Gyuto 8" - Koh 4000 FC - Miyabi
Chef/Gyuto 8" - Koh 4000 FC - Miyabi
Koh series by Miyabi
- Homogeneous blade (no core) in FC61 steel (SANDVIK 13C27), comparable to VG10 steel, renowned for its edge retention and ease of sharpening.
- Laminated wood handle (pakka wood)
- The shape of the handle is suitable for all hand sizes.
- Knife weight: light
The demarcation visible on the blade between the core and the envelope is in fact a superficial element made by sandblasting. This blade is homogeneous, and therefore does not contain a core and a shell. When the blade is maintained (thinned), this demarcation will disappear. L'Aiguisoir was keen to keep this model in spite of the "lure", because the value for money of this product is good and the handle is very interesting.
