Beautiful Knife - Better Service.

The knife arrived with a very nice edge on it from Philippe. Additionally, he was very attentive and concerned when Canada Post did not accurately scan my packages progress. It simply went missing for a few days and was not showing any progress beyond him making the label. He stayed in touch with me and was following up with Canada Post when the package just appeared at my door a few days later. His desire to serve his customers and his passion for knives was very evident during our interactions. I would certainly buy from this seller again.

Bien aimé apprendre comment aiguiser tout mes couteaux, la formation est courte j'aurais aimé en apprendre plus ,mais avec mes achats de base avec les 3 pierres différentes j'ai de quoi pour développer ma technique de base enseigné lors de la formation, merci beaucoup pour la journée on a bien appris s'est vraiment bien affûter ce cours hihihi.

Utile d’en avoir 2

Base stable et solide. En avoir 2 (ou plus) permet d’éviter de changer de pierres à chaque fois. Pratique quand on aiguise plusieurs couteaux d’un coup. Très bon prix.

Great every-day carry. The "evolution" scales are more ergonomic that the standard scales but are slightly thicker. The locking blade makes the knife much safer to use. Excellent value at the current sale price. Highly recommended!

J'ai écouté plusieurs vidéos sur YouTube pour apprendre à aiguiser, mais je n'ai jamais rien trouvé d'aussi complet que ce cours, principalement pour la partie théorique pour satisfaire notre curiosité! Je recommande fortement! Philippe est aussi sympathique en vidéo qu'en personne!
