Grohmann's rosewood-handled knives are the equivalent of Victorinox, but made in Canada (Nova Scotia). Ideal as a complementary knife to a more fragile Japanese knife. This particular model (robust) is stronger than Grohmann's lighter version and Victorinox. Knife weight: heavy. Very robust.
