Difficult to beat quality/ price, I love it

I was looking for a new Santoku a little more professional. I am not in the field of restoration, but I cook regularly and I wanted a good Japanese, reliable and durable knife. After many research on the web, I noticed that the DP 170mm Tojiro was often recommended. I was delighted to see that I could buy it in a small business in Quebec! In addition it was completely in my budget.
