Give your scissors a quick spin on your Tormek with the SVX-150 Scissor Attachment. It works with most types of scissors and shears, from your household scissors to large hedge shears. You can even sharpen pinking shears that cut fabric in zigzags and some electronic hand plane blades.

Simple configuration
The scissors or shears are mounted in a mount that rests against the backing. The sharpening angle can be adjusted so that it can exactly replicate the existing sharpening angle. You grind the smallest amount of material possible each time, regardless of the angle of the scissors or shears.
Sharpening scissors and shears of different shapes
A chisel blade is most often slightly convex and sometimes both are. Tormek's patented design allows you to follow the individual shape of each blade to ensure consistent sharpening along the entire length. Rotating the wheel presses the chisels against the holder so you can concentrate on moving the chisels across the wheel while maintaining full control. Please note that the SVX-150 Scissor Attachment is not recommended for hairdressing knives due to their special geometry.
