Tout simplement magnifique !
J'avais déjà acheté un santoku Hazaki manch noyer canadien, aussi magnifique (même lame), mais dont la mitre est rapportée (pas forgée en même temps que la lame), d'où mon envie de celui-ci : je ne suis pas déçu, bien au contraire.
Merci à L'Aiguisoir de mettre ces magnifiques couteaux à notre disposition à des prix accessibles.

Beautiful Knife - Better Service.

The knife arrived with a very nice edge on it from Philippe. Additionally, he was very attentive and concerned when Canada Post did not accurately scan my packages progress. It simply went missing for a few days and was not showing any progress beyond him making the label. He stayed in touch with me and was following up with Canada Post when the package just appeared at my door a few days later. His desire to serve his customers and his passion for knives was very evident during our interactions. I would certainly buy from this seller again.
