Whetstone 1000 - Traditional - Naniwa

This stone is of very good quality, and the sharpening very pleasant.

Trying with "European" style knives it makes a nice job quickly.

The sharpening on three stones with different grains is essential if you want knives that cut well. This excellent Pierre Naniwa 1000 is the first that I use for the sharpening of knives, follow the 6000 and the affile block.
