Chef 8" - Twin - Zwilling/Henckels

Twin Master knives are particularly robust and economical. Their blades are particularly thick (chef, boning, etc.) and made of tried-and-tested steel. X50CrMoV15 steel. The handles are equally robust. Their bright color makes the knife safe and prevents theft (not very sexy) ;-). Ideal as a complementary knife to a more fragile Japanese knife.  Knife weight: medium
