8" Filleting Knife - Fibrox - Victorinox

Victorinox Fibrox knives are particularly well known in professional circles. Their handles are sturdy and non-slip. Ideal as a complementary knife to a more fragile Japanese knife.  Knife weight: medium.

The Fibrox range of knives will no longer be available for retail sale in the future due to limited production (we still have a stock at the Aiguisoir). The Classique range will gradually replace this range for private customers. These are the same blades, but with slightly smaller, less non-slip handles. The Classique range is ideal for domestic use. Unfortunately, not all the shapes available in the Fibrox range are available in the Classic range. On the other hand, the Wooden Handle range makes up for this in diversity.
